Short Description / About the Center

The Center for the Promotion of Science is a unit of the Faculty of Education in Jagodina. It aims to develop science communication and scientific literacy across all age groups, professions, and levels of the educational system. Our team is dedicated to researching and developing new engaging methodologies and approaches to science communication.

Mission

Our mission is to improve science communication competencies among educators and scientists by promoting an integrative approach to science, arts, and mathematics. We pursue this mission on two fronts: through scientific research and policy-level activities in the field of science communication, and through the direct implementation of science communication programs involving diverse participants.

Vision

Our vision is a society where scientific knowledge is accessible, understandable, and relevant to all, and where educators and scientists are empowered to actively participate in public knowledge exchange, both locally and internationally.
