Short Description / About the Center
The Publishing Center is an organizational unit of the Faculty of Education in Jagodina responsible for managing and coordinating publishing activities. It supports the preparation, evaluation, and dissemination of teaching, scientific, and professional publications. The Center contributes to improving the quality and visibility of the Faculty’s academic output.
Mission
The mission of the Publishing Center is to enhance the quality and organization of the Faculty’s publishing activities, including the evaluation and approval of manuscripts of teaching, scientific, professional, and informational publications; to develop transparent systems for the promotion of publications in educational institutions in the country and abroad; to foster cooperation with other publishers and publishing centers through joint publication projects; to create favorable conditions for the publication and distribution of academic materials; and to support the continuous exchange of publications at national and international levels.
Vision
The vision of the Publishing Center is to become a recognized academic publishing hub that ensures high standards in educational and scientific publishing, strengthens the visibility of the Faculty, and contributes to the development of education and science at national and international level.
Main Activities
- Publishing teaching, scientific, professional, informational, and electronic publications that contribute to the improvement of teaching and research activities at the Faculty.
- Preparing and adopting the annual publishing plan of the Faculty.
- Storage, distribution, and sale of Faculty publications.
- Media presentation of publications, etc.
